Services

Integrative psychotherapy offers a tailored approach, using techniques such as person-centred, compassion-focused, attachment informed and cognitive behavioural therapeutic approaches to help you with the issue(s) you are bringing to counselling. I will also use interventions and tools such as mindfulness, breathing and visualisation techniques to help you with a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety and disordered eating.

Eating Psychology Coaching offers a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to help you with disordered eating and low self esteem related to body image issues. Through my sessions, I utilise Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindful Nutrition, CBT, Inner Child Work, and psycho-educate on the connection between nutrition and mental health, to help you better deal with these issues and improve your relationship with food and yourself.
