Eating Psychology & Mindful Nutrition Coaching
Eating Psychology Coaching helps you implement and stay consistent with making changes to your eating behaviour. Coaching is there to help you:
Firstly, understand the reasons for your disordered eating; Secondly, what your attachment to the disordered eating is; Thirdly, what purpose is it serving; Fourthly, what change would mean to you; And fifthly,
coaching supports you with finding your own way through this.
My coaching is compassionate, non-judgmental, psycho-educational, nutritionally aware, trauma- and mind-body informed.
