Why eating coaching?

Are you fed up with trying to lose weight or to change your eating habits?

If losing weight or changing coping habits such as emotional eating was all about exercise, cutting calories, discipline and willpower - then we wouldn't have the rates of obesity,

 depression and other mental health issues. 


Our relationship with food is complex as

it hails back to childhood, 

along with cultural and societal conditioning. 

Not to mention how these impact the 

neurological pathways in the brain effecting our choices and behaviour.


Many foods are also necessary for our neurotransmitter production and function, such as dopamine and serotonin which 

are pivotal for our emotional wellbeing.
